Speedway General Manager Scott Schultz has called the USA Modified Series race scheduled for Saturday May 13th due to rain. The forecast calls for more rain through out the weekend.
“We were extremely excited for the Mods to come to Flat Rock for the first time, but the weather is just not cooperating.” Said Schultz “I felt with the forecast it was better to call it now than to have the race teams travel and set in the rain!”
“The race has not been re-scheduled at this time.” said USA Director Keith Beeching “But we will work at trying to find an open date. I commend Scott for calling this early and saving our race teams a long haul!”
The USA Modified Series travels to Kalamazoo Speedway next Saturday May 20th.
