Springer wins "Run for the Gun" Presented by Firebottle!

Tomasik is 2009 CHAMPION!!

39 cars were on hand for a chance to make the starting field for the run for the gun presented by firebottle. The weekend started out on Friday with practice with 27 cars on hand getting tuned up for Saturday.

Champion to be crowned at the Winchester 400 weekend

in the Run For the Gun 50 presented Firebottle

The 2009 champion for the O’Reilly USA Modified series will be crowned at the highbanks of Winchester Speedway.It is the perfect way to end another great season and the perfect place to do it at the famed Winchester 400 weekend stated Keith Beeching from the series.The O’Reilly USA Modified series had over 150 drivers compete with them in 2009 at great racetracks through out the Midwest. The points battle has been close all year with Scott Tomasik & Steve Foster changing positions all year with Terri Popielarz 3^rd and 4^th place Brian Nester is the previous race winner at Winchester Speedway. Friday will be practice with the Run For The Gun 50 on Saturday.

Modifieds added to All American 400 at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway

Officials From the O’Reilly USA Modified Series will Sanction a 50 lap modified race at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Oct. 31^st. We are happy to be returning to Nashville Thanks to Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway management and CRA officials said Keith Beeching From the series. This will be a non points race with the rules being 2400 lbs.after race with driver, 1000lbs right side weight, no canister shocks, 8" wheels and 4” spoiler. Tires will be Hoosier 970 and will be available at track. Payout will be 1.$1200 2$600 3.$500 4.$400 5.$300 6.$280 7.$260 8.$240 9.$220 10.thru 24^th $ 200 .It will be a 50 lap race on the big track . Payout will be mailed from the O’Reilly USA Modified Office.

Some of the best modified drivers in the Midwest will be at Winchester Speedway for the running of the Firebottle 50 on Sunday july 19^th. The drivers always look forward to running at Wincheter because of the speed and many grooves on the track to race on said Keith Beeching from the O’Reilly USA Modified Series. O’Reilly USA Modified Series set to visit Auto City Speedway

The O’Reilly USA Modified Series will make its first appearance at the Auto City Speedway on June 27th, for the Howe Racing Enterprises 50. Points leader, Scott Tomasik, and many others from the series will do battle with regulars Nick Clements, Travis Eddy and others, to see who can win the bragging rights. “With the best asphalt modified drivers from Michigan, Indiana and Ohio competing, it is set to be a great race,” stated Keith Beeching from the series. There will also be a drawing for a complete Firebottle system from Safety Systems. All drivers in attendance will be in the random drawing. Along with the Firebottle, there will be other awards of: $100.00 hard charger award from Allstar, Howe Racing Enterprises hard luck award certificate, UB Machine 10^th place certificate, Landrum Spring driver of the race certificate, Outerwears 15^th place finisher certificate, Cometic Gasket dash winner certificate, Joes Racing Products 11^th place finisher certificate, Stephens &Hull move of the race T shirt, and a racer chosen will be entered in drawing at the banquet for $500.00 in labor from Stephens & Hull, and the Aero wheels 7^th place finisher certificate.

The second race of the season For the O’Reilly USA Modified Series will be this Saturday May 16^th at Berlin Raceway in Marne Mi. This will be the first race of the Berlin Challenge which is a separate points system for the 4 races at Berlin for the O’Reilly USA Modified series. The winner of the challenge will receive a $1500.00 bonus plus a new Demon Carberarator with 2^nd receiving $ 600.00 and 3^rd receiving $ 400.00. Officials from the O’Reilly USA Modified series announced today that Rapid Race Cars of Angola IN. will be the official tire tire dealer for the 2009 season, replacing Ellis Race Cars. Officials from the O'Reilly USA Modified Series have announced that the series will return to the Sandusky Speedway in 2009. On August 15th the O'Reilly USA Modifieds rumble into town. It will be their first appearance since 1999 when NASCAR Truck Series Racer, Shelby Howard, won over veteran L.J. Lines. The O’Reilly USA Modified Series is proud to announce that Bell Racing has agreed to sponsor the series in two very special ways. In 2009, new drivers to the series that carry the Bell Racing contingency stickers on their race cars will be eligible for the Bell Racing Rookie of the Year Award. Championship Banquet a HUGE Success!

Coe Officially Crowned Champion for 2008

             The 2008 O’Reilly USA Modified Season concluded this past Saturday Night with the annual Awards Banquet at the Redwood Comedy Club in Angola, Indiana. The night started off with a great dinner and comedy show featuring two comedians to entertain the crowd. The top 20 in the season ending points were recognized during the evening.
